well after playin hockey for the first time in 4 years last night and seeing how horribly out of shape i am and how bad i sucked wind on shift changes i finally decided thats enough. i have been wantin to quit again for a while now and that was the last straw. just wondern what worked for people to help them take the edge off?

for ease try replacing that habit with something else. I have been trying to quit dipping. Chewing gum for me helps a lot because it occupies my mouth and has a similar flavor. I have gone from 4 cans a week to 1. Which was about 7-9dips a day to 2. I am going to go down to one soon and then after a month or so of that ill try to quit once and for all.

It's the weekends that get me. During the week i have school so that occupies a lot of time but on the weekends i find myself drinking and what not that promote nicotine. I wish you the best of luck, like said above it is mind over matter.

try licorice or something that you can eat slowly and can hold like a cigarette. thats how a few people i know quit.
why did you start to begin with //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif:verymad://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif
thats's the most gay way of quitting I have heard.
