I like sea food much more than just fish.
In general, I have the palettle of a 5 year old. No greens or fruits. I do like citrus fruits. I gave up that stuff on baby food. I don't even bother with a steak unless is 16oz minimum. I eat lots of dairy, grains, and meat. I am trying to cut back on some of the processed foods. I cook on the stove a once or twice a week. I spent a close to a decade on frozen pizza and hot pockets. I take one a day multivitamin. I am over weight not obese and it sounds like the OP is in need of a drastic change because something isn't working for him.
I worked with a couple guys that when on the Jew diet. they didn't have to stick to cosher but cut out all pork and unscaled fish. They said that in the mornings it was hard to not get something w/ bacon, sausage, or ham. Said they actually had cravings for it, but after a couple weeks felt the best they had in years.
