Quiting meat, cheese, oil, processed crap!

Ding Ding Ding..thats the main point a lot of people fail to understand.
And even IF you grow your own stuff, Monsanto modified all kinds of crops, by the time you get the seeds its been altered in 1 form or another...Heres a link for those who are not familiar with the Notorious corp.


I'm sorry, but I looked at the "Do not do business with list" and that essentially wipes all store bought food out of the picture. That's a bit much for most people. There isn't a sustaining farmer's market or ability to purchase a proper diet of food outside of grocers here.

Yeap thats the point..cant really get away from the *altered food, but a plant based diet is much healthier than a meat dominant diet..

Red meat I can understand. Fish, poultry, venison are all great things to alternate in where you are only eating beef or pork one day a week. The lean protein from meat is nearly impossible to recover from any other food aside from nuts, and they are missing iron. If people stopped eating meat, it would have a devastating effect on our land and our cattle/pig population would get out of hand.

And OP, u can't beat high bp either, only maintain it lol
If you mean high amounts of excercise, then you bet wrong. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I lift daily, do plenty of cardio, played soccer since age 5 and am currently 5'10" 175 with roughly 5-6% body fat.
