Quick fiberglass ?

Is fiberglass resin a good adhesive for mounting finished fiberglass pods to plastic door panels?

Simple question, just wasn't having much luck searching.

And what about using resin for upholstering the enclosures? Should i use a contact adhesive instead?

the resin doesnt bond with plastic. there is some special stuff i need for that.

if you hot glue the mold then fleece the whole thing, it will work

I would say, take some 80 grit sand paper and rough up the plastic you're trying to attach it too...and drill holes in the panel so that kitty hair or resin can hold onto the plastic a little better.
