You will also need a lead (can be little bitty wire...doesn't need to be huge for this purpose) for your head unit to tell the amp to turn on and off when the HU turns on and off....this is commonly called a remote turn-on lead. You will also need RCA interconnect cables to carry the audio signal from your head unit to the amplifier so that the signal can be amplified before it is sent to the speakers (the entire purpose the amp serves) And finally, you will need speaker wire to carry the amplified signal from the amp to the speakers.</p><p></p><p>Here's a fairly decent tutorial video for first-time amplifier installation:</p><p></p><p><a href="http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/S-f897fPHDjRN/learningcenter/car/amplifiers_movie.html" target="_blank">Link to Video</a></p><p></p><p>If the tone of my post seems condescending I apologize as that was not my intent.
