The question "Is it enough?" really depends on your goals. Is just the front doors enough to really sound deaden your vehicle ? No. Is just the front doors enough to enhance the performance of the speakers located in those doors ? Yes...BUT you could enhance the performance of your system even further by complimenting the front door deadening with more adequate deadening of the rest of your vehicle. It's sort of like an engine......you want to go fast, so you upgrade your intake. Well, that's a good start to gaining some horsepower and ultimately speed.....but better performance would be realized by complimenting that intake upgrade with other upgrades throughout the engine. See my point, and probably the point Rick was trying to make ? Also; Since Raammat can only be purchased by the roll....you are going to have some deadener left over. Even thoroughly deadening your front doors, you'll probably only use ~30sqft of that roll. So you are going to have some "extra" that you can apply to some of the other areas that Rick mentioned....... And the suggestion to deaden the rear door, rear deck, etc was aimed to reducing road noise and rattles produced by the subwoofer.......not really related to where the speakers would/wouldn't be mounted.
