But still thinking somewhere in the 2000 RMS range at 2 ohm. My stock alternator puts out 150 amps now. The only company that has offered an alternator for my car has given me a price of $350 for 270 amps if I can supply the case I found it for 120 on Partsgeek. My pulley is a cog design so they can't really up my idle amperage by much because they can't shrink the pulley. That's what they guy I spoke to on the phone told me I called qualitypowerauto. I was't planning on upgrading the alternator until I was going to add a second sub and wire down to 1 ohm on something like an AA-3800.1 or something close to that. So am I aiming too high on stock electrical?</p></blockquote><p></p>
