Is it sealed? Pre-fab sealed enclosures in general are hard to go wrong with, as long as there's no leaks.

Its vented. I am trying to decide between this or an obcon labyrinth

Pre-fabs are generally frowned upon here. Not sure about that specific one but it may be no different. You're almost always better off building, or having built a custom enclosure for your subs / situation.
