Pyramid MV7SC?

I might get 2 of these 7" headrest monitors off ebay for around 160, i was just wondering how these monitors are? Like how is the picture quality,sound quality, etc. etc? Anyone have any experience with these monitors?

i personally wouldnt touch pyramid with a 10 foot pole... like i tell people... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
