PVC piping???

Hello everyone!!I need 2 4"wide X 8 1/2"long pieces of pvc piping for my sub enclosure i am building.At home depot they sell it but only in like 10 or 12ft pieces.Does anyone know where else I can find some?Thanks

ask them to cut it up, if not just ask your local plumber for some scraps or something.

there not allowed to cut it for me,i asked already.As for my plumber he's an idiot and I won't ask him.(we have bad blood)any other suggesstions??

i have no problem cutting it.I just don't wanna purchase this big ol' 10-12ft tube when I only need 17".besides i would look reterded driving down the street,Imagine driving down the street and seeing that stickiong out of a 2 dr cavalier.lol

Use the phone book to find another plumber. Or drive up to just about any consruction site and ask someone there for a couple of scrap pieces.

um, home depot sells that black pvc pipe by the foot, u can cut it.. trust me, i worked there and they sell 2ft pieces that come in 4" 3" 2" in a rack usally...

I tried to squeeze a 4 x 8 sheet of MDF into a GMC Jimmy the other day, stuck out about 2 and a half feet... We ended up tieing a rope all over the Jimmy, wrapping it around a shit load of things, including the end of the board, and I was holding the other end //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

look around at a few hardware stores. Big ones like Lowes/HD don't sell it by the foot. I got mine at Ace Hardware, it was like $1.00 a foot.

I got a 4x8 to fit into my dad's '03 Burb....BARELY! had it angled and everything...on sides how about 1/4" of room so plastic is scratched up and down it..best part...Lowe's employee stood there and watched me do it by myself..balancing the cart, the wood, some aspen wood, and some glue...I had to have lowe's cut a past sheet of 4x8 into lik 12 pieces to fit in my Z32...I have no room

This thread is useless, because PVC pipe is more common than Red necks at a mud bog. Go to any construction site.
