I thought he was talking about DD.

DC's pricing has changed very little in the last year. The Lvl 5's no longer cost the same regardless of which size you buy, and I think the lvl 4 and 4xl models stepped up $10. That's it...

Pretty sure he's talking about the rumor that spread when one person said that when you call DC, you will get a different quote every time you call...this is not the case.
