First up I have the Sim 3s for PC or Mac. I played it once, didn't like and haven't played it since. Game is in perfect condition. Asking $30 shipped.

Lastly I have my old home theater set up. This consists of a Sony 5.1 surround sound system, a Pioneer Reciever and an upconverting DVD player. The system is a few years old, but never really was used that much. Asking $100 for everything together, contact me for shipping.
