Ps3: CoD WaW "Error 33" issues, HELP

Just picked up the new CoD for Ps3. EVERY time I go to "Play Online" it waits and then says the "Error 33" code. Im running wired through a router. Now when I do the connection test everything is fine and I have type 2 NAT. I also have the routers firewall disabled, and Im not d/l'ing anything either.

I have a Bekin N1 (not the vision) and its been good until now. If I disconnect the router and go straight from the modem to Ps3, I will connect instantly, so my question is, Is my router just too crappy? Or is there smething I didnt try yet? I just cant afford a new one at this time.

I know it sucks but is it possible to disconnect the router when you want to play online? Easiest solution...

Thats what Ive been doing but then the wife complains that she has no internet, its still inconvenient either way.

Does it only do it with WaW? I had it happen a few times with COD4 and just kept trying, eventually it connected.

It worked fine with CoD4, well actually it happened a few times, but with WaW, it doesnt work AT ALL. Its very annoying to have to disconnect stuff every time I want to play. I usually try it about 3 times then I get VERY impatient and stuff ends up broken...
