pro's and cons of Rockford 360.2?????

i'm looking buying a processor. i'm looking to spend $250-400 new or used. it seems like the 360.2 is right is my price range. is it worth the money? what are the pro's and cons compared to others in this price range?

never used one , but audiocontrol makes excellent processing and pre-amp equipment. I have owned a epicenter and a eql and loved them both.

is there s site where they have a side by side comparion of processor. i did find the jbl ms8. looks nice but is the price worth more than the 360.2?

The only con Im aware of was the first year units had a bad bluetooth chip in them, since corrected.

i dont have blue tooth. i have an ipod touch,wifi and windows computer
