Well I've been with my girlfriend (now Fiancée) for over 4 years now and we've been living together for about a year and a half. She knew it was eventually coming but I surprised her for Christmas. Did the whole private/romantic setup and well she said yes, which is the good part. Now I've just got to pay off the ring over the next year, 4k is a big hit for a full time college student with a part-time job but she is worth it.

Oh and in return she got me an authentic Jake Plummer jersey which will be exchanged immediately for a throwback of John Elway. I just can't bring myself to wear a Jake jersey.

Thanks guys I'll put some pics up of the ring once we get them uploaded from the camera. Yeah Denver, Elway was my hero growing up so the Broncos still remain my favorite. I'm a White Sox fan too and have never been to Chicago, go figure!

well......as my parents and parents of my ex told me....i'll tell you......Your far to young to be getting married....engaged is fine so long as u wait till your at least done w/ college before putting the chains on......cause that way u wont have the problem w/ fighting about money(assuming u have a good job) ......in the end tho i wish u the best and hope you dont end up in my situation......may the Lord bless your union
