but i'm thinking a wall of xplods would be kinda nifty.

funny how ppl bash them even tho they haven't listened to them in a proper enclosure. i haven't either. but alot of ppl are on the "sony sucks" bandwagon.

my sony amp i had did it's job. never overheated or anything. it was cold as ice too. i'm not complaining.

if you want to do it go for it. it'd be neat to see a wall of xplods and get it metered.

oh and me and my friend put an xplod (round sub) off my kx1200.1 and wanged that bish for a good 45 minutes before it finally gave out. the output lacked ALOT as did the sq but the box sucked. we were giving it well more than what it could handle. it took it very well. lol. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

That was exactly my point...I know xplods ****, but i have a genuine opportunity to do something stupid like that. I know they wont be 150 db or sq studs, but I seriously dont think theyre bad enough that I shouldnt try, especially since I'd be getting them basically for free...When I started the thread I didnt want bashing, I wanted to know how YOU would do the enclosure or how much wattage YOU would give them or how big of a box YOU would put them in, but everyone just wants to hate...

Not always.. i bought some shit with a gift card... returned it with a reciept and they just gave me cash.. It wasnt anywhere near $1400 or what ever.. but like $30 or somthing... i expected them to give me credit..but the just handed me cash and i took it. Sushi boy

umm no he wont ive tried it several times with a couple tvs return it get the gift card go buy another one couple days later comback return the tv with the reciet even though you bought it with the card just all he has to be like is its not working right and your tired of using the card if they threaten to give you the card
