Well, i prolly wont sell it seeing as they dont make them anymore (And i've gotten literally like 6 PM's regarding buying it).

I'll prolly get it repaired and either use it or just hold onto it. I would like ot just use it, but i dont know how long i can wait for a turnaround lol. My system is so **** close to being done.

yeah tell me about it. I think i may hook it up and tune it for just a real quick demo to make sure everything else is functioning properly, then im goign to send it off to get fixed

got some info on the amp situation.

I gave scott a call over at ARC and gave him the synopsis. He said from the sounds of the symptoms and how everything happened, the amp should technically be fine if i dont mind the slight whining. He had some fancy stuff to say about the amp torroids and whatnot.

So, im going to open the amp up sometime this next week when i have time (im retarded busy this week), and see if there is any visual damage. If there is not, he said i should be fine to run it. If there is, i'll probably send it his way.

Well, i opened the amp up......

yeah im not too worried about it

the part that bugs me is i have no clue why this happened. I dont see how it could be install error because it was running fine before i turned my truck off. And i dont think its a power problem because i have a nice size battery bank and a HO alternator.

thats weird but could have just been one of those things. Hopefully it will work flawless when you get it back.

sux about the amp bro, i just got mine back from ARC. They do great work and definetely work with you on the price. Just as a heads up, they will send the amp back to in the same box you send to them, so definetely double box it with plenty of padding. Sometimes single boxes can only withstand one shipment lol, you dont want it coming back with bent mounting tabs or RCAs.
