Project Fifteen BeeTeeLLLLLLLLLL!!!

Meet up with Dante last night and all i can say HOLY Sh!t. The sub was moving, got loud and low. Couldnt believe how well it played. I had a Treo CSX(spl sub) before and didnt like the sq on it and the fact that it didnt get low. And thats the case with this sub. The funny thing is, is that after i left dante told me that the sub control was only on 5 out of 15, Im still amazed that the sub can get louder than it was. Great sub....

if you have an alpine head unit with the gains on your amp set properly the difference from +5 to +15 is quite a big difference!

Yup, I usually set my gains around 10-12 on the subout @volume 31... and adjust from there...
Glad you love it Dante.

i've heard online that +15 on the sub out is really reference and it just attenuates down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

i always set the gain at +15 on the sub out and 25/35 main volume //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i feel that gives me a good range to be able to adjust the sub down for less bumpage.

True, I turn my sub output to +15 and set my gains, also.

Volume 25 is no where near full pre-out voltage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Yea, i agree with Noah. 30 is too little for a 15, maybe for a 12 though.
