The windows were cut out with a flush cut bit on the router. You can see in some of the pics I tacked down some strips, then just zipped the router around them.

Its going in a mini-van. Dont recall any more info other than that.

It will not be getting shipped. He is going to pick it up (around 11 hrs away I believe he said). But most likely I will be meeting him somewhere along the way. Im guessing we will be pushing over 300 lbs for just the enclosure.

Least you could simplify shipping by putting the 0.35ft^3 box INSIDE of the other box.
