profile's messup up site leads to overpowering comps

ok, i got in my 2 profile amps today (200sx for my comps, ba400 for gf's sub), as i was reading the manual it says the power output on the 200sx was 120x2@2ohms. I remembered from the site it says 90x2@2ohms......i already sent off my order to etronics for my power acoustik xp2k-50c's (75rms, 150peak) and was wondering if i'll be alright with this kind of power to these speakers......i read that you're better off getting an amp that puts out more power to you comps than the manuf. specs (something to do with "headroom") can someone please explain this to me, and tell me if i'll be alright?I called profile and he said the manual specs are the right #'s and they'll change the site's specs. Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance.............

Should be fine as long as you don't crank the gains and overdrive the amp.

My wifes car has 2 Jensen 8's getting 200watts rms each and their rated at 170 each, been over a year with no problems. they sound like a properly set up 300watt single 12.

wow...surprising that as of now there have not been any Power Acoustik bashing...impressive...but should be fine..and like they said...make sure to set the gains...
