problems with my clifford g4

i bought a 2000 honda civic si the car came with a clifford g4 from what i could read on the box and i have no remote now my question is my car keeps shutting down no power ,no nothing, after about 15, 20 minutes of driving. and when i wait 10-15 seconds i could turn it back on but the problem persists to keep happening could some one tell me if its the alarm or if its my car
