He said he's built boxes himself in the past, but does not live somewhere he can do it now.  And he also stated he was lured by the low prices of the builder.  I'm all for saving some dough, but not when it comes to paying someone a fair price for a quality service.  If  someone is promising you quality work but their price point is way lower then the competition, they are either going to take short cuts on their work or they are too inexperienced to correctly price their work.  Being cheaper does not mean better and smart shoppers know this, whatever it is they are buying.  Don't get me wrong, I place 98% of the blame on the builder, but the buyer still needs to realize making a bad decision and hopefully learn from it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
