not a big flare on the one in the pic and i do mounting flanges so the port mounts like a sub.a guy that had one that looked like that bought one off me at the last comp

that's a weak method. There are much more efficient ways to make them and with bigger flares using inexpensive products. Best way I've found is to boil a thick wall pipe then of course use a good jig. Thin wall cools too quickly when boiled but is obviously cheaper.
