What is a reasonable price to pay for some custom kick panels to hold some 6.5" component speakers?

Depends on how they are made. I have seen 200 dollar ones but they are usually a free air baffle with body filler to make them form to the vehicle then carpeted. In my shop I charge about 400-450 for pairs that are done as fiberglass sealed units and covered in carpet or whatever else they want, just not painted, that drives the price up.

Depends on how well the are built....this includes aiming, proper consideration for airspace, finishing materials, etc.

quicky cheapo pair could run $200.......a quality set wrapped in vinyl with excellent imaging/etc could easily run close to a grand for a shop to do. Shop will have a lot of time and materials cost invested in a really good set of kicks.
