Price check on 2 used memphis amps help me out please

I know someone with 2 used memphis amps asking 350.00 for both waswondering if it is a good deal everything is in perfect working order. One of the amp is a Memphis ST-1000D and the second one is a Memphis ST-3004 both amps a great cosmetically. I know these are the older year amps but was just wondering if they are worth 350.00 for both amps?

Great price.

I paid $160ish for a mc-300 and $300 for a mc-1000d. They are the same amps internally, only difference is the exterior.

1000D goes for about $200-$250 used not sure on pricing for the other one but probably around the same.
