Precise bass for around $150

It is time to replace the huge bandpass box in my trunk, as I am now old and need space (30!). My amp is only 75x2 and I will bridge it for the sub and box. I am thinking 150 RMS for the sub. Something like this:

I am looking for some kind of input as to if this is the best bang for my buck here or if I should go with something different. I don't need the huge boom anymore, just some tight, precise bass to go with my system.
