Powering a JLW6 12"

Im trying to pick out an amp for my JLW6 12" sub right now and I would like to spend under $300 without sacrificing the SQ or SPL potential of the sub. does anyone have any ideas?

I dont mind buying from ebay as long as the seller gives a warranty.

ive got a mark antony 800.1

500 rms at 4 ohms

800 rms at 2 ohms

1100 rms at 4 ohms bridged. keep in mind it is a mono block amplifier. it is like new with original box. 175 shipped

Its a V2 sorry for the confusion...

I plan to wire the sub @ 2 ohms and the amp to a standard 12v battery

and I need a guarantee on the amp so that basically rules out any used ones thanks for the offer though

i would consider purchasing the 800.1 if you could give me a guarantee that it wont be DOA and maybe some1 else on the forums who could recommend your integrity.

its not that I doubt your integrity just rather that i would like to have some sort of additional assurance that the amp isnt on the verge of burning out or something.

PGold xenon x600.1 would be perfect for that sub, the amp provides 600 rms of clean power.

Also is there a way to make a 4 ch. amp power just one sub? (in essence... is the amp bridgeable?) b/c i found a new mark antony 800X4 for 185 shipped with a 2 year guarantee... and will this affect the sq of the sub?

Honestly i just want an amp thats going to run me under $200, power the W6 and not be a pile of crap.

choices I found so far are the

mark antony 800.4 (bridged into x1)

phoenix gold OCTANE-R 8.0:1

im looking for an amp with a warranty even if its refurb or from ebay doesnt matter so i would appreciate advice more than offers thanks

*it also has to be workable with my stock system so the 3v max of the diamond d3 is a no go
