power window fell off track -> fixed but ticks and grinds?

Well, I was driving a friend home today and my power window randomly fell out of it's track... I don't know how or why but it did. Anyway, I pop the inner skin off, lined the windows back up and put it back in place. Now, whenever the windows is an inch from completely down it makes a grinding noise. Also, when it goes up, it makes a 'tick tick tick' noise. It's only when it goes up and not down.

opinions? suggestions?

make sure the gears for the window arent too loose the grinding and the tic tic tic may be the gears slipping

yea i have a 2000 s10 i got t- boned and they replaced the driver side window and now the ***** falls off track 6 times day the track is focked

fixed... a stupid plastic piece holding some rubber came misaligned and whenever the carrier for the window went by, it would rub on it.
