Power To Head Unit but not working

The title pretty much explains it. I'm getting my constant voltage of roughly 3Volts and the power around 12V and the grond is connected. However my head unit is not powering on. I have tried my current head unit which is kenwood and an older pioneer one. If anyone has an suggestions or questions that could help it would be greatly appericated. Thanks

its obviously wired wrong.

or you have a blown fuse

Fuses are good and i have double check to make sure the constant is hooked up correctly and the ground and hot wire are right.

If your constant is really 3 volts then that is why it has to be 12v.(though i dont see why it would actually be 3v)
