I removed my factory system and replaced it with a Nexus 7 setup. The system works great although i have one nagging problem i have yet to resolve. When the system is powered on or off i get a loud popping noise. I've read some different theories about amp turn on, or power arcing at the USB DAC, etc.. Trying to figure out the best way to attack the problem. Most people are recommending a power-on delay relay although that doesn't seem like it will fix my power off popping issue. Below is a diagram and photo of the setup for reference. Any ideas on how to address the issue would be appreciated. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
