i just recently switched up head units, and now my amp won't work. i tried putting a new fuse in the amp, and as soon as i put it in, the lights for the amp turned on, then turned off right away. i also tried disconnecting the power cable for the amp and putting that back in and the same thing happened. any help would be appreciated.

If you have a meter or test light check the Power and remote for 12V. Make sure your ground connection is tight. If you don't have a meter or test light you could disconnect the remote from the amp and jump the power from the battery to the remote input. If this turns your amp on, remove the jumper and check your remote lead from the head unit.
