Power Acoustik?

I am lookin to buy an amp for my two 10" Pioneer ts-w256c subs. They are about 300 watts rms. I was looking on car domain and came across a Power Acoustik LT1920/2. Its two channels at 375watts RMS x2 @4omhs. Is this an "OK" amp. All the reviews said it was good. I only have 200 dollars to spend and i have been told that sony and audiobahn amps arent very good. Is this any better. Also, any suggestions are welcome.
