power acoustik return service

I was wondering if anyone here has sent anything back to power acoustik and happens to know what shipping service they use to send stuff back. As well as about how long it took.

Sometime this week or next week I should be getting my amp back from them and today I got a call from fed-ex today saying "you have recieved a package, its been left at the front office". So I got home and went up to the front office to have them tell me theres no package for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. I called fed-ex about it and the guy could barley speak english so that didnt help too well. As for power acoustik I have the same problem If I call and try to talk to them on the phone as well as the info email address on their web always has a full box.
