Power Acoustik OV4-800...decent budget amp?

I need something to power a set of components and a sub. I am looking for about 100 watts for the components and 200 for the sub. So I am assuming I can buy a 4 channel amp that is bridgeable and bridge the extra 2 channels for the sub.

I can't spend a lot of money. I just want something decent and reliable. I am not looking to win any SQ competitions.

Is this a decent amp? I have heard that Power Acoustik is not a terrible budget amp brand. At least not as bad as Boss or budget Lightning Audio stuff.

had one for a while. Nothing special, but should work ok for what you're doing. I think it's rated for 85x4 or 210x2 so should give you ~80 to your comps and ~200 to the sub.

Millionbuy.com has the ov4-1200 for $100+ shipping, and the ov4-1600 for $120+shipping.
