I thought if you received the item, whether it be a good zune, a broken zune, or a brick. PP will not do ****... Unless they have changed sense I was in training..

They wont do anything. Even if the seller sent you a brick in a box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif.

Its pretty fail. But, apparently you can do a chargeback with your CC company (or my case my banks checking account).

I'm happy that I got my money back. All I have to do now is send the item back to him.

Well, apparently I can not edit my previous posts anymore.

The Item has been shipped today around 9am through usps.
