10" Fi Q? I suggest 1/2lb in .5 cubes if it fits loosely more if possible if loose. I have my IDQ's in my truck with .46ft^3 and about 1lb for both and they sound pretty good like that even though I am really tight on room.

 
yeah its roughly .6 with sub displacement and im going to do an external port and add polyfill to hopefully get it closer to the 1cube mark

 
1/2lb per sub, more if it's loose in the box with only 1/2lb. Basically what atsaubrey said.

And to 306stang, it helps a lot. It helps like ditching the 3.08 gears in your Mustang for 3.73's.
