Update: He is really cool..He goes out with us to the bar and what not..He works two jobs now, getting in about 60 hours a week.. Don't really have any complaints...We have a dishwasher, yet he washes dishes by hand a lot?! lol.. Right now he has two friends over and they are outside chilling and drinking since I don't allow smoking in the house..

I really can't complain...Surprising, eh?

Update:

Have had several problems with him. Had to set him down last down and break it down to him..Here are a few of the things.

When he moved in I told him he could sleep on the futon a few nights until he got a bed. Well it has been two months, he has no bed yet, and he ended up moving the futon in his room. Thats a no go. I gave him an air mattress for his room.

He talks on the phone 24/7 and is EXTREMELY LOUD. At night when me and my room mate tried to sleep/study, it was a nuisance. Had to tell him to tone his voice down past 10:00.

In the mornings when he goes to work he always is "slamming" doors for some reason. Wakes us up every morning we aren't up by 8:00. Had to tell him to cut that out.

I could tell this infuriated him, but he didn't say much to me. Waited till my room mate got home and took it out on him. I thought my other room mate was about to hit him while the black room mate hollered at him over and over. After the arguement, I asked my white room mate and he said he about did hit him..lol..Blacky didn't want to take out his anger on the homeowner, so he took it out on my room mate..Kind of sorry if you ask me..

Hopefully things will get straightened out now.

Oh yeah..He still hasn't fully paid this months rent when it is due by the 7th of every month. Parent's got an eviction ready if it comes down to it
