i dunno man. 2 sides of the story. was there a security camera anywhere to see what happened? the witnesses said they never saw the cop being dragged, all they saw were the shots. they could have easily not been watching until the cop opened fire.

many black witnesses in a situation like this will be quick to say its all the cops fault. nothing is going to be for sure until a full investigation takes place. it boils down to was the car reported stolen? and did shane set the car in motion to get away from the cop?

even if the car was not stolen, if the cop is trying to stop or restrain you and you throw the car into reverse with the cop anywhere close to the moving vehicle that's still putting the cop in danger.

if you're black and you're trying to get away from a cop who is at your window and you start moving a 2000lbs vehicle which could EASILY run him over if you the driver wanted to do so........you're asking to get shot.
