Saw a civic with some sort of designs on the side of the car stopped at a red light in front of me. Then out of nowhere it turns on its lights and changes the lights and hauls *** onto the freeway.

So in other words, don't build high horsepower street racing cars, if you can't race good (aka running from the cops).

an we got, charger's and f-150's for sharrif's, charger's, crown vics, monte carlo's, jeep wrangler's, ford explorer's, for local police. charger's, crown vic's and mustangs for highwa patrol. the the swat/ drug task force all drive un marked ford turaus. and i have seen undercover oldsmobile alero's, durango's, allso..
and usually no police force will have anything forgin in there fleet. unless it's the police officer's personal.

we got a civic here in Sherwood, the cop that drives it tries to get street racers so I guess the little ricer serves it's purpose.

Hah yea. The "undercover" cars here are the crown vics or impalas with the black stock rims and the big antennas. haha

We have a few Chargers lurking around, but like you said they are easy to spot due to the black hubs.

I have seen an old Crown Vic pull someone over downtown, it was an 80's model, kinda beat up, with an old dude driving. All of a sudden lights switched on in the dash and he pulled a guy over //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif.

What pisses me off are those people who drive the de-commissioned cop cars who cause everyone to slow down

lol i remember that thread about the street racing cars used as undercover squads.

The local k9 unit here is a newer all stock dodge durango with lights behind the grille. He pulls over everyone for little things and it looks identical to any other durango on the road.
