Polarized sunglasses worth the $$$?

well w/ my 2 pairs of ray ban on polarized one not the ones w/I can see into water when at the lake or the tint on cars will be perfect with them off but put them on and **** so I would say go w/ polarized

Well, if your not fishing, then it really isn't a big deal, but I would still get them. I bit the bullet & bought some new Costas w/ the 580 lenses for $250. I really can't even tell the diff. compared to my old ones.

i have no idea what you just tried to say

I work at Sunglass Hut and have worked at another sunglass store and the Oakley store. Basically...yes! I can't stand people who say it's not worth it or there's no difference. I don't wear anything not polarized when driving or being outside unless it's cloudy. I have about 24 pairs of sunglasses not including all my extra lenses for my Oakleys, and most are polarized. The ones that aren't are fun collectible pairs that I don't really wear. The glare from reflected surfaces is worse than staring right into the sun. When light is reflected it is magnified 3-5x. Polarized cuts a lot of that out. I'll never go back...hope I helped!

Good choice w/ going polarized... You never told us what kind of glasses you were even getting though.....details man.

But I've never gone wrong w/ Maui Jims, Costa del Mar, or Ray Bans. All of those have great warranties.
