But actually reversing the phase would CAUSE cancellation while facing each other. Due to when one is pushing forward to create a wave the other would would be retracting. on a 40hz cycle this just would be repeated many more times and I would think it would take away from the output drastically. you should try it and let us know. But I am pretty dang sure I am correct here. The two speakers will just be push pull and almost completely eat the wave before even leaving the "chamber" between the two boxes</p></blockquote><p></p>
