good idea on catching something to put in there. one time i caught two wolf spiders, the kind that make funnel webs. put both of them in an aquarium and watched them battle to the death. you could see the venom leaking out of their faces and puddling up on the bottom of the aquarium. until then i didn't know spiders were so territorial and vicious.

My friend got bit by a recluse... I'm not sure what color.

She went to the hospital and it like deformed her hand for a good while.

To this day she has a scar.

Yeah these things will dismember you something fierce. I have never came face to face with a black widow, but I used to live in the middle of nowhere, MO in an old farmhouse with a couple of sheds where we stored everything. When we went to move out, there was probably 500 of these brown recluse suckers infesting everything we had stored. Clothes, bedsheets, toolboxes, shoes, etc. We pretty much had to leave everything the shit was so bad.

An old couple moved in after us, like 70+ yr. old, and the man got bit by one of them a month or so after they moved in and it ended up killing him.
