Actually, in states like mine and his, you can obtain a silencer 100% legally if you have the right connections. Here you literally have to run a corp, be in part of a trust, or have the chief of local police sign a waver. One of the 3 to be eligible to pay the 200$ tax stamp plus the cost of the silencer, plus wait 6 months for the background checks and appropriate crap.I wouldn't suggest saying that especially on a public forum.
