My woods teacher said for a box with he said for the windows i want to put in to only get 1/4 incht thick i think this instthick enough!!! But he says the way to put windwos into the box is to cut a whole smaller than 1 foot by 1 foot then router the inside so that the plex fits in like a wdge inside then caulk it up, but using 3/4 inch thick wood makes so that u cant use to thick of plexi for u need mare than a 1/4 inch of wood on the edge at the bottom. So iwas wondering if 1/4 inch to 3/8 thickwould be enoguh for 1 foot by 1 foot windoes??

i say no thinner than 1/2 i would get 3/4 and make a little "ledge" for the window to sit on, on the inside of the box.

thanks good idea i will ask my shop teahcer also what would be good sealent? als o i phoned ever glass shop in the city and they said it would be imposible to find 3/4 inch plexi they asked if i was crazy?

so i will get 1/2 inch posiblly then also is 13 bucks a suare foot good (cdn $$$)

yea it is expensive i think the shop down here wanted $50 for a 12x12 piece of 3/4
