PLEASE!!! need some advice..PLEASE!!

Some family problems came up so having to let my whole system go that i have been acquiring for a year and a half and i dont want to get #@$%$%#ed!so i am just looking for some advice from you guys that have alot of exp. in car audio.

-JL HD 900/5 W/warranty until 2016(yes it is 100% transferable through Square trade)warranty alone cost me $149.00.was a store display at auth. jl dealer.never installed in car.

-12w6v2 W/high quality custom sealed enclosure.4/0 100% OFC soldered(not crimmped) wire in enclosure.2 weeks old

-12 gauge 25ft. OFC speaker wire.remote amp wire

-4/0 power and ground OFC amp wire.stinger

-fused stinger dist block

-Universal remote start system for car

-On-star FMV universal mirror.fits any car and gives you ALL the features and functions as if you had a GM vehicle with onstar.GPS navigation by voice.emergency help button.if you crash even if your un consiuos they send help based on your gps location.you can make phone calls if you have no cell signal.able to talk to live operator any time.

What would be a fair or good price for all this and being able to sell quickly?Thank you guys very much for your help and advice.you guys have always been very helpful.
