Sundown and Skar make very similar products, and their's a reason behind that but I'm too lazy and I'll let you do that work. Their subs perform almost identical except the Skar's do have a better low extension. As for amps, spend your money on sundown.Also, you say you want quality, but this quality will mean nothing if you don't have the proper electrical and do not know how to properly set gains. But I will just leave it at that.</blockquote>
