plastic push clips

so what is the easiest way to remove those plastic push clips (look like christmas trees) from panels. u normally use a few hook and picks but i am tired of breaking them and i dont know where to but new ones at.so whats the easiest or where can i pick up extras for cheap.

A panel removal tool works best for me.

yep or if its the push pins then just push them and pull.

mainly talking about a ford ranger in the extended cab so i can remove the panels to deaden behind them. i just broke one the other day when i removed the rear jump seat, but thats ok as the seat isnt going back in.
