when plasti dipping, dont even tape off your tires. its better because when it settles, the dip just peels off and leaves a perfect line...better than anything you can mask off.

Yeah, this. The only time you wanna tape anything up is if you do it with the tire still on the vehicle. Wanna block off the braking so none of that gets messed up. As for overspray, just take a rag and wipe around the outer edge of the tire.
