PL400 over wood glue?

Im doing my first box build and already have the box designed by RAM_designs and all cut and ready to go.

I was wondering if using PL400 would be beneficial for a stronger bond as it is primarily used for sub flooring. I did a search and was unable to find any information regarding people using this. I planned on using some sort of glue and a brad nailer.

as well... im curious as to what gauge wire I should be running in the box and to the amp for the speaker. I will have an alpine 1223d type r run by a hifonics bxi1210d.

never heard of it but I like Titebond 2 or 3

12 gauge should be plenty

I've used sub-floor adhesive for all of my boxes, never had an issue.
