I picked up an unknown make/model 110cc pit bike. It runs, but not great. I am positive it is the wiring, as it's pretty torn up, and if I move it around it idles and runs better, but not long as the vibrations screw with the wiring. Does anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram or a new wiring harness, or is that engine specific?

Its probably a chinease knockoff of the old honda 110cc 4stroke motor, I sold a ton of these, assuming whoever had it before you didn't f it up to bad just run the carb 2.5 turns out and put a fresh NGK spark plug in it, should run fine

Yeah it's definitely a knockoff. It could be the carb, which I will adjust. I think it's the wiring, as if I move the CDI box, it bogs, and if it's moved too much, it hits rev limits real quickly, even at idle. I've bought a new CDI, in hopes that that could be it, but I don't know. I replaced the plug, and oils when I got it.

I have 4 of them. The wiring harness is nothing on those little bikes, i will find you a diagram of the wiring, its all really simple though. I believe theres 2 wires you actually use coming out of the stator, depending on if you have a charging/lighting coil or not. Mine do. Since you already bought a CDI i would pick up a stator too, as those tend to fail soon. 20 bucks shipped on ebay.

Also those stock carbs arent worth a ****, i had one that for some reason wouldnt let the bike idle at all, i usually throw those chinaman carbs away and put a decent mikuni or keihin on it.
